Joomla Component Modification & PHP

Hello, I'm looking for a PROFESSIONAL PHP developer with lots of experience with Joomla! Native CMS and CSS to modify a purchased component to the graphic needs of the website. The component name is EZ-REALTY. Basically these are the following changes I need: - In the homepage you have a "quick sorting" index on a right module, I need to add more sorting fields ( that appear on other pages). - Change the link of a picture, instead of opening a lightbox link it should send the visitor to the product link. - Pictures in Product page should open in lightbox. And that is all, this project is really small and should take no more than 30 minutes for a professional to complete it. The maximum budget for this project is 70$ Bonuses will be given if the job will be complete in a minimum amount of time. Further details will be given to the bid winner.
