WordPress website

Hello, I need new WordPress website build from scratch. I don't wish any pre made theme modification. I have instructions for every page where something exactly should be and also hand sketch of same. There will be 10 pages total. You'll use "lorem ipsum" for text and dummy images for presentation. WordPress will be on my server and you will work on my server. No milestones will be made until project is done!!! Everyone who worked with me till now was payed fully, even with some tips. I don't care about money, I just wish it done! To be honest this isn't "piece of cake" project as there are few things on page that needs to be automated, such as calendar. Few custom slideshows and so on... It's hard to describe everything here, but I'm willing to talk with each one of you to describe everything and to show you exactly what I wish. This project won't be done in a day or two.. there will be few revisions from me and my partner, so I need someone who is excellent in WordPress (not just user), patient, and willing to go extra mile to make this right. Consider this as test project for long term relationship. I wish to have someone in each area of expertise as I have a lot of projects going on.
