117705 URL redirect & URL Signup Hide

Hello, I need to have three (3) URL redirected to another referral site. I need to hide the sign up or my referral URL so that customers will see the site name URL only on the URL. However referral URL must be fully functional and my referral ID must be working, so I can get credit for these sales.
