Tab JavaScript - Fix performance issue [JS][VB]

Please provide in your PM a short summery how you want to solve this project!

We have a performance problem with our Javascript TAB script (see example of script below).

At the moment tab script working with "display:none" and this is bad for performance because the iframe video embed in the tabs are still loaded in background.

i need allround solution, so there is nothing loaded inside the tab content in the background not iframe or any other scripts or html

TASKS:

- fix performance issue of tab script so it will work dynamically ( with ajax or jquery, iframe etc (best solution) ), so all tabs are NOT preloaded in background

- all extern unknown links should be displayed in an extra TAB

notice: This Tab script is JAVASCRIPT only but its hooked with an other VBulletion addon "AME" which uses regex to convert video url to > html video embed.
