4 simple PHP-to-PDF word puzzles

Write PHP script which will create four simple word puzzles in PDF format using the words on our MySQL database and integrate this into the 'PRINTABLES' section of our developement website. IMPORTANT: The code must be UTF-8 compliant so that all UTF-8 characters can be displayed properly within the puzzles. Example UTF-8 compliant PHP-to-PDF code (Printable Flashcards) is available on the server and should be used as a reference. The WordLearner logo (available upon request) should appear in the bottom right-hand corner of every page and should be displayed correctly in terms of colour and quality. 2. There should be a page margin of 2cm for the PDFs. 3. All the puzzles must have the option of an answer sheet (Page 2). 4. The puzzle and clues must be on ONE PAGE ONLY and the answer sheet should be on ONE PAGE ONLY. 5. When EXAMPLE SENTENCES appear in a puzzle the words that have percentage signs on either side %like% %this% must be replaced with dotted gaps spaces (e.g. .........)
