Radio Station Web Site

Looking to build a web site for a local radio station. It should be based on Wordpress. Besides the regular wordpress pages there will be a few custom functions in it. Please study each requirement carefully and ask for clarification if something is unclear before bidding: - Since the radio station is a Russian language one, at least approximate knowledge of Russian language is required. At the very least I would accept offers from those with strong localization and internationalization understanding (show existing work to prove). - All customizations must be done in proper WP plugin format. NO core modifications are acceptable. - Graphical design will be provided, but if you want to include that in your quote, please specify that. A basic mockup will be required before I accept graphical design offer. - Calendar showing radio program schedule on the client side (similar to a week view in Google Calendar, for example), and management interface on the Admin side. Admin needs to be able to change those. Ajax or other intuitive GUI technology is preferred. - When a user hovers over a block representing a radio program, a small popup should be displayed as in here: [login to view URL] When the user clicks on that block, they are taken to that program/host page (see attachment) - A host/program will be represented by a WP user. The host page is basically the WP's author page (e.g. [login to view URL]), modified via the template to not only display the posts from that author, but also that authors "bio" (description) and other items shown on the mockup attached. The "On Air Now" link will be activated according to the calendar described above. Read on for explanation on donation function. - Some radio programs are non-profit and will need to receive donations through the site. When a user click on the Donate Now button on a specific program page, they will be taken to a page that will list all programs needing donations in a list. The one that we initially selected will show a minimal amount. The user will be able to add an amount of their choice to each item using sliders, moving each slider will update donation amount for that particular item and also update the total coming from all sliders. That should be done with Java Script. The payment will be through PayPal standard with IPN, no special gateway needs to be used. - Once the payment is received, it's recorded in the database along with the distribution information. That information is also fed back to the host page to display in that dynamic bar showing the progress of the fundraiser. The there should be an admin page that will display all that information. The admin page is also used to set the fundraiser goal for each host/program. - The host page needs to display audio recordings of past broadcasts. A PHP script should be created to scan a certain directory on the web server and pick up those audio files and create a list here. If anything is unclear please feel free to ask questions.
