Order Form

I have an html order form partially done. It is for one product. There is a form field where the user can change the quantity. A little javascript changes the subtotal to match the quantity. I need someone to add scripting so it uses that quantity to calculate shipping, possibly tax, and the total. I need it to display the total, and be able to pass it later to the payment gateway. Please keep it well commented, so I can use it on other order forms. This will be a sample form. Please also give me a time frame. Thank You. No data will be collected by the gateway if you post all the required fields. Use a value of ***Submit*** if you are posting cardnumber, expmonth and expyear to the gateway. In this case, no data is collected by the Gateway-it simply processes the transaction data posted to it.
