Need An Auction Site

Hi all, Firstly I'd like to thank you guys for viewing my list here. As the title stated, I would like to have an auction site that have the requirement below: * PHP & MySQL development * Have complete admin back-end for me to change about everything. * Nice and tidy user front-end (No need for extreme graphic). * No need for payment gateways. * Have a system that handles user verification. In order to sell items, user need to upload their identity information such as Identification Card. * Have a store system that includes store management for users. Store user need to do more verification. * Complete tracking system for the items sold. Seller need to know payment updates by winner. User needs to know if item already shipped or not. Save all the info such as payment info, shipping company and so on. * Friendly user interface of course. * Have interface to do some advertisement either with Google or private ads. ** Note that this is small project, so the budget also small.
