making footer links includes

I need to make footer links includes, and also a section of a website that is offers. IT's a pretty much cut and paste operation. I need 29 files to have these includes on them. And then have them renamed in the /header/[login to view URL] file so that they link properly from the flash file. It's pretty much grunt work, very little programming involved, all you need is the php include code and to go through the 29 files and copy and paste. Budget: $50 Will send ftp info if I select you. I would like this started now.
