Javascript/PHP exp needed

I need someone who knows how javascript/php. I have a frontpage slide show image slider I installed as intructions said. But the slider is above header on very top of home page I need someone who can call this script to postion it below header links My budget is $10 if by paypal, and Great feedback since I only paid $30 for script and its installed already just need to position it simpe job for someone who kows what they are doing
