Finalize moving and update magento websites to latest ver

History: I have moved a Magento website from one server to another by backing up the files and the DB, then uploading the files to the new server, imported the db, etc., then I have cloned this site to another 3. All websites features are working correctly, except for Magento Connect and updates, as I have not done the changes to the .registry and other required files.
