3D Anaglyph Photo Maker

Create a PHP Anaglyph 3D Photo Generator that can be installed on any server which allows users to upload two photographs and then generate and download a 3d anaglyph photo. A simple flash user interface should also be created for the upload and download of images; however, bids will be accepted for the job minus the flash user interface, but bidders must state that their bid does not include the flash interface and the final code must be written in such a way that a flash user interface can easily be integrated.
