Add pre-made membership system to control panel

We have a current control panel, using a membership system, where our users can create an account and then once we have given them access, sign up for membership - paying via Paypal. We would like the current 'edit profile' system migrated onto this new membership system which we have purchased - [login to view URL] We need users to be able to log into this, sign up, and then once we have promoted them or cleared them, then allow them to sign up and pay to access the profile system we call the DJ Control panel. You will need to migrate the current users *50* to the new system, and allow them to log in and sign up to the new membership. We will need to be able to edit the membership values, and offer free memberships, but this is already done for you in this system. We have a time frame of around 20-30 days. By which the system must be completed, tested and operational. We will need support for up to 3 months after, if any bugs arise with the membership system. Your job is to migrate our current payment system/membership system to this new membership system and payment gateway. We would also like to implement a sales chart, that shows the sales per month in memberships. The Paypal system must be very solid, only those who pay can have access and if a subscription defaults, then it must disallow access to the control panel. The current admin features in the current membership panel must be migrated to the new system as well. This system must be flawless, and we are looking for a programmer to build with innovation and passion, with the ability to point out better ways of doing things and more efficient coding methods. We have a strict budget of $250-300 - price will be a determinate when we make our decisions of freelancer.
