I need a complete web-based program built from the ground up for both back-end and front-end. This will be used for for a retail based business for dance to manage all aspects of from the input of customer info, maintaining that info, being able to view graphs of growth or decline of the different aspects of the business from day to day or month to month. Back end needs to be in a language that is a common language so other programers can, in the future be able to change or work on. The Front-end needs to be in a language that will work in all browsers and not bog them down. This program will be able to pull up graphs for all aspecs from retail end to wholesale end. Will also be able to email customers, offer different log-in options for different levels of access. Be able to track attendance of customers, and show graphs as well.
