hi, Iam looking for guys who have good knowlegde of java/j2ee arch with frameworks like struts if you know springs and hibernate it will be of great advantage and application servers like JBoss,weblogic will also benifit the chance of choosing as the ideal bid. I have a couple of projects like real estate and some good future projects. I need a person with a good design skills and technical sound person to help me on these projects.
