Java Hindi to Roman transliteration

For [login to view URL] I need a java library that would convert on the fly Hindi words to their romanized transliteration for Hindi lessons (for example see here: [login to view URL] ). !!! IMPORTANT !!! This is not English to Hindi transliteration, this is Hindi to English transliteration. You MUST be proficient in Hindi or be a native Hindi speaker. You can use existing open source libraries (in fact, it's highly preferable). As a deliverable you'll need to provide a working Eclipse project. The project should contain all required libraries and be configured properly. I should be able to import this project to my Eclipse environment and run a main method of a test class. This main method should illustrate transliterating of multiple Hindi words. !!!IMPORTANT!!! Please test thoroughly before sending me the result code that: - project seamlessly imports to Eclipse environment - there are no compilation errors after import - the main method runs without exceptions and does the proper conversion ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
