Edit my exiting Java Based SMS sending Application.

Using JAVA FX.

The following changes:

- Change the skin to HTC Sensation

- When any action is clicked and the application in waiting for a response, it should show a ".....please wait" .. kinda of processing icon

- Remove the Register ICON

- Put the Advert API Back on

- Replace the text HTC with PlirisMobile on the Skin

- Change ICON and Splash SCreen
