Complete website promotion

I need help promoting a piece of software I have been selling via the internet for about a year. The product itself is a usefull tool for e-gold account holders. Nearly all my current users are very happy with it. I also have a good affiliate program, and a weekly draw. The problem is that I am no good at promoting, so most of my money and efforts are wasted. I need someone who can tell me exactly why I get no sales, even though I have a good product. And then correct whatever mistakes I've made, be that on the page, or in my promotional efforts. Basicly you will make sure I get sales, how you do it is up to you, you will have very free hands regarding the site, only thing I will not tolerate is dishonesty. Apart from that you will be able to change nearly anything, of cause with my prior approval. It must of cause be a long term solution you come up with, you can not just buy 100000 visitors for my site. I have previously hired others to do similar projects for me, and they have failed to deliver. Therefore you will not be paid untill results show. I am on a relatively tight budget, since sales have been really slow lately. Please write in your bid whether promotional costs are included, and if not then an estimate of how much it will be. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The software I sell run on win95 and up. You will not be making any changes to the software. The site should be optimized for internet explorer and be "not-too-ugly" in netscape.
