Wordpress application with Facebook login

We own several websites about holiday destinations in Europe (mostly for youngsters). We want to make an online agenda where visitors of the website can fill in when theyr are going to the destination (date arriving and date leaving), where they stay (hotel), what traveling agency they use, age, male/female and a link to their Facebook, twinter and instagram. Al this information must be showed in a table what is visible for every vistor (see PDF attachment). We want to collect in a database more then this information. We want also to collect their livingadress, their e-mail and their mobile telephonenumber. This information may not be shown on the website but is only seen for us in database. Visitors need to login with their Facebook (so no Wordpress login) and when they have submitted all above details there wil be a line placed on their Facebook timeline like: "Im going to (destination) with (travelingagency) from (date arrvinf) till (date leaving) and stay in (accommodation). Are you going as well? Find out who else is going (link to the page)." We want to use it for 7 websites (7 different holiday destinations). Script need to be placed and tested first in the enviroment of the developer before we integrate it in our website. The developer needs to make this in their own enviroment for testing before we integrate it in our website. If we are satisfied with the result we will come back with you for more work!
