PHP HTML FIX

Hi, I need an experienced coder to please help me correct a problem with my webpage. It is easy to explain as follows.... I have a facility for viewing uploaded STL files (3D objects) in a Flash app. There is also a feature where the php code executes software on my server and returns the software output for display on the page. Unfortunately that second part is not working. The software is being called etc but it is not displaying correctly as required. Here is an old version of the page which I kept where the facility is working. Please upload the attached STL file to the form in this page to see it working i.e. green progress bar shows when waiting for data from server [login to view URL] Now see this version of the same facility which is broken [login to view URL] I know it is something to do with iframes and is a simple fix for someone with good skills.
