We need a monthly price for this duties:
Find bugs on the script by testing it.
Solve found bugs found by you, us and customers.
Apply solution to bugs when needed (in case a customer reports a bug)
Create and update Change Log. (1.0, 1.1)
Name in each change log the files and lines modified
Describe changes for the change log
Answer to questions of customers about the code, following topics:
How can i change the word “xxx” to “yyy” in my script?
Where do i find the file to change the looks of “x”?
Where can i find the files that control this feature?
Solve installation problems when the script is not getting installed correctly
How will this work?
We will try for a month first and we will tell our final decision after the first month. We will pay for the first month.
We have a system that lets you answer the questions of the customers, it is a combination of a ticket system and a support forum, the customers can read the answer of other customers and you will save time by sending links of the already answered questions. So this will keep the time needed to this in a very low level.
You will use G-mail, for special issue. You and us have access to the same account so we can see the communication between you and the customers.
We usually sell around 5 - 6 scripts monthly, so the customers are very little wanting or needing support.
