I'm looking to modify my genesis theme to something similar to the following layout and style:

I'm currently using eleven40 pro but open to any better suggestions.
Generally, speaking... It will
- Have same layout and color theme
- Ability to change/modify the header sections. (widget areas)
The one feature i would like would be the ability to put a color border around the page body depending what menu item it's under. Similar to this: [login to view URL]
