Link 2 web pages to DB

I am looking for a talented web developer who masters DB, chats, responsive design and games: 1/ You will have to work on the 2 first pages of a serious game by linking them to the DB. 1a/ assess code already written by developers with old design on the 2 old pages 1b/ improve last development as library for copying and pasting every 1c/ clean and write a very simple code 1d/ create the 2 new designed pages 2/ improve very little part of the responsive design already done on the new pages (reduce the height of the top bar) 3/ test all links to the database and the validity of all the 2 pages rule n°1: use the data base and its architecture already existing rule n°2: you use or take parts of existing pages already developed. (i don't want wasting time in doing things already done) rule n°3: every line of code could be improved rule n°4: the development is made on your own server, the sql data base is given in .sql and .xls rule n°5: when the job is finished and works very well, you implement it on my server 4/ Start with "Two Pages" in your bid and give me all proofs that you master DB in phpmySQL and interactions by chat
