we must 1. theme joomla per photoshop PSD. install 10+ modules. make sure module themes match overall theme. 2. theme oscommerce per photoshop PSD. install 2-4 modules. give you price for 100 hours for work. i need a web designer that knows the following: 1. photoshop image splicing. psd to html. with size optimization skills. 2. php coding 1-10 (level 7) 3. joomla 1-10 (level 7) 4. oscommerce 1-10 (level 7) 5. english speaking skills 1-10 (level 5) (i am comfortable understanding if you an accent. i have experience working with programmers from india, china, & vietnam, iran) 6. know how to use hosting CPANEL file manager. (1-10) 7 NOTE: I WILL CALL YOU BY VOICE SKYPE, AND TEST YOU. I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO LEARN AT MY EXPENSE. SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. requirements 1. i need a designer who is available to work daily Monday - Friday 8 hours per day. must be available for working during my day time hours. between 8am-6pm. USA California time. if you are overseas then you must be available my hours between 8am-11am or 6pm-9pm. 2. must have a fast enough internet speed to supposed remote team-viewer sessions while on skype VOICE. 3. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR TEAM OR WEB DESIGN COMPANY. I AM LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMER. I WORK WITH PROGRAMMERS ALONE. I AM THE PROJECT MANAGER. I DON'T NEED A PROJECT MANAGER. I HAVE 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DOING WEB DESIGN & PHOTOSHOP, SO YOU CAN NOT TRICK ME TO THINKING YOU ARE THE PERSON DOING THE WORK.
