Joomla Module development

Need help with Joomla for a website i am working on.
I made a Joomla Backend Component to store courses. Then i made a module
to show courses on startpage.
Now i need a programmer for:
- User should click on a course in the list and come to a page where we show
course details as article/text. And we show a new module where user can register
for a course. We store user informations in a database and send it by email to us.
User registrations should be show in existing backend as well.
This is what i need very fast. Other things can be discussed when this is finished.
Best would be to start working now.
