Project: First - Please note. The site is already built. Content is already present. Most of what we are asking in the specs are easy to install widgets. We merely need someone familiar with making the widgets perform as described. Other than that, some graphics is needed for SPLASH PAGES. 1. Place a Main Blog Article on the Home Page in full (under the site description), and two or more blog articles beneath it (with READ MORE). 3b. The Read More should take a viewer to a SPLASH REGISTRATION PAGE with Cool graphics and easy (Free or Paid) entry. 4. We would like a Q & A forum, like CM Answers. It can be a tab on the menu called (Submit Your Questions). We must have a method of authorizing whether or not to post the questions. Our staff will use the questions posted, to write new articles and once written, we need the ability to (add a short answer to the Question, and point them to the full blog article). 5. We want the latest posts and articles listed in the right bar area, and a viewer who clicks on a link should be taken to the registration SPLASH Page. 6. The Paid Registration should be set at $1.99 per month. With a short statement saying "Our Low Monthly Fee Helps Feed Our Wonderful Free Lance Writers - Thank You". 6b. The added benefits are that the paid members, will be able to ASK Questions. 6c. Free members can only READ articles. They wouldn't have access to POST a Question Tab. If they click on post a question tab, a SPLASH screen should be presented (with cool graphhics) suggesting that they upgrade. Example "In order to Post a Questions to our Experts, Please Upgrade and Become a VIP Member for only $1.99 per Month. Honestly, we Charge to Help feed our Wonderful Free Lance Writers" 7. Lastly we want the site SEO enhanced.
