BuddyPress and BBPress customization

I need a WordPress expert with lots of experience using BuddyPress and BBPress to make some small customizations for me.
I am looking to hire straight away and I need this task done today - you will be hired again if this job is done well. These shouldn't be too difficult for someone who has worked with these plugins before and knows WordPress well but will be difficult for someone with less experience.
The BuddyPress changes I need are:
- the user should see a feed of their follower activity on the site homepage
- ensuring admins appear at the top of the "online members" widget if they are online
The BBPress changes I need are:
- forum pages and threads need to be structured as needed
- forum posts from a specific category should be shown on the homepage
- some small customizations to the profile page layout (moving sections to other tabs or removing tabs etc)
