I need an application for sending SMS. From Single SMS to Bulk SMS. This a web application not mobile application. The app will connect to an API provider to send SMS internationaly. This is a long term project. But I need the initial functioning app with basic functions Send SMS Upload contact list Create a group Send Bulk SMS Campaing statistics I do not need the front end. I need the Customer area and the admin area. Accounts will be activated manually. I will give a mirror site and the final result should be similar. The app will be hosted on a server that accept PHP, Perl, ASP, JSP. So must develop in one those languages. I will give the mirror link in private message. PS. DO NOT ASK FOR MILESTONE. I WILL PAY A MILESTONE AFTER 4 DAYS WHEN I SEE THE WORK PROGRESS. I WILL CANCEL AFTER 4 DAYS IF THE ONGOING RESULT DOES MEET MY NEEDS. IM ON LOW BUDGET. MY BUDGET IS ARROUND $300.
