Need someone good with Ilance script to make some changes.

I am looking for someone who works by the hour to help me set up the Ilance script. I have the most current version 4.0.0. I also have it set to the jobs platform.
I need changes done to text, theme, and some minor coding changes. This will be a per hour hire. Please submit your price per hour to work.
I pay via paypal for work done. I do not do milestone etc... You can look at my history and see I pay. I learned the hard way not to give money up front. Every time I did the person decided not to work then. Please have experience with Ilance.
Do not pay attention to the budget section. It should give us the right to write a budget. Just tell me your hourly rate and if you are good with ILANCE.
