Design of boardgame and simple multiplayer game site

I need help for making a simple website and design of a board and game pieces for a game similar to trivial pursuit. The site can be made as a facebook app.
On the website the users should be able to register and play against each other.
The way the game works:
for example 5 participants gets a question that all 5 participants must answer within a short amount of time. The participant that are closest to the correct answer will be allowed to move 5 places. The second closest to the right answer will move 3, the third 2 and so on.
From the back end it should be possible to enter questions and numerical answers. When a participant enters an answer, then it should calculate who is closest and award who gets points.
The design of box should contain layout for board, pieces, box for questions, box for the whole game.
