Hourly rate is a big determining factor. There is plenty of ongoing work available as Ive been in business over 10 years. Being an experienced web developer myself I know how long a task should and more importantly should NOT take. My last in house developer took far too long to finish simple tasks and was not reliable therefore I am looking to outsource through Odesk.
