Our enterprise needs help as soon as possible. This is a simple project. We have a professional flash microsoft frontpage template. You dont need to know web design(but is a plus). All we need is someone to be able to edit and customize. You have to be able to create advertisement space/banner space on main page. Must have good programming and engineering knowledge. Our hosting is cpanel/php/mysql/linux. Our cpanel also comes with fantastico. MUST KNOW AND UNDERSTAND CPANEL. We enter into contracts with all independent freelancers. And we are preferrably looking for independent OUTSOURCERS, our budget is between $30-$100. this shouldnt take over a day.
