I'm looking for a reverse auction for [url removed, login to view] and a nice logo. It should be developed using PHP, AJAX etc. With a payment gateway for SMS payments and paypal/creditcard payments.

The site should basically be a clone of the following:

The site should be multilingual (Chinese and English).
