Need Affiliate Network site with flash player developed

This project requires a developer and is not just a small website or data driven project it is a medium to large project. It is just too important to use a non verifiable service provider. Thus vendors would typically create videos or text ads that would be shown prior, during the middle, or after the videos are shown in the flash player. flash video player. Ability to at least choose from several color options and different buttons for players. Would need several players to choose from. For example one in which the lcd hops to show video or ad like on [login to view URL], then another that shows a car. When an item is selected the car is shown driving up to a drive in theater and then snaps to the full drive in screen. Also just a plain player like youtube. Would like at least 3 more options for the player that would be a cute way to show the videos be creative. Player should be able to play most video formats or even a YouTube videos, or other linked videos. It should be easy to add videos, descriptions, modify intro page etc.. using an php api. Would need a web form created and data stored in mysql database using php api that would set the videos, descriptions, etc... I need this player to have the ability for users to adjust volume, go to full screen mode, select screen size, & mute sound. Ability to have advertising (pre, mid, & post roll) like [login to view URL] Need to have the following plug-ins available via license file or key code (Google Analytics Pro, tip jar, viral distribution, text ads, video ads) like [login to view URL] prefer ioncube license for player and plug-ins. All of the above default settings/abilities should also be configurable from a web admin console. Need two versions a free version and a licensed version. The License version would have the all functionality enabled and would allow for the customer to show their own ads or my ads their choice. For ads there would be the ability for tracking affiliates and the unique visitors and # ads that they viewed with volume on. This would be recorded in a mysql database with reporting and admin center. Ability to run reports on all affiliates, single affiliate, or a specific ad. All reports date range would customizable from hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly. Affiliate reports would show affiliate name, affiliate account id, # of ads shown, # of unique visitors, # of sales. # of ads shown is only updated when a unique visitor watches the ad each day. Example I watch an ad for a car then I watch an ad for a TV. That would count as two ads. If later that day I watch the TV ad again it does not count as I already viewed the ad. If I watch the car ad tomorrow though that does count. video and text ads should allow for hot linking to the site of company sponsoring ad or at lest provide a link at the bottom of the video player as a static link or a scrolling marquee. Advertisers have ability to run ads or products only on websites that meet certain criteria and deny or disable a certain affiliate from selling or displaying the product or ads. Affiliates must register each website and categorize them. Categories available are all categories and sub categories on http://ezinearticles.com. Ability for admin to pay affiliates manually and automatically via paypal. Able to set levels of payment for affiliates. Example $.10 per unique ad or $1 per unique ad, or $XXX a month if min level of unique ads shown is met, or paid per click through to site or paid on each sale. Would also need ability for advertisers to place checkout link on their site to paypal that would use ipn to register and pay affiliates. I need all source code unencrypted and would have complete ownership and rights to all code, graphics, etc... The idea here is I want to provide a video player that others would use on there websites and I would be able to sell advertising to their websites and split the revenues with them if they use the free version or even if they buy the paid version.
