Flash FLA and Flash Detection

Then visit <[login to view URL]> We would like to create the same effect for the images that appear at the top of our site. (We can provide the original images on accepting the bid). I think I'm correct in thinking that there are two ways to build this effect - with Actionscript (resulting in a smaller, faster movie) and without. I'm happy to take recommendations on this. The Flash movie should run each time a visitor to our site clicks on a link, i.e. whenever the page refreshes. I don't know if you have to create Flash buttons to do this or whether you could make our links "talk" to Flash. (The site uses PHP). Importantly, we want a short script that detects whether a user's browser is Flash-enabled. If not, it should direct the user to our HTML site. If it's enabled, direct to the Flash site.
