Stock Update PHP Cron Error

I have a cron file which reads a directory of stock updates every two minutes and then adds them to 4 mysql databases. I am getting errors each time the cron runs. and also not convinced it is updating all 4 databases. I need you to work out what the errors are and also confirm that the logic of the script is right to update all 4 databases with the content of the stock update files. the script is attached and the errors are as follows...
