I want to be able to scan and enter items with the use of the upc code with a scanner. I want this database to be able to use cddb info to download song info on cd that I have. I need many custom fields. I want an order entry system. This is where I will enter po's. for example I buy 10 dvd's from Columbia House I want to be able to create a po with all of the info I want the info not to be seachable in the live database becasue I don't have the item. Then when I process the po it will ask me for my own sku (stockable keeping unit) I will enter certain data and then the items will be in the system seachable and be able to be checked out from someone. I also need a cost screen that is displayable on under manager mode. must be able to export/import data into excel or access. I want to use Active Directory for user rights, however I want an override screen to come up if the user right are not high level enough to do an action. Database must have network ability more then on system with access. Must be able to do searches on all data. NO Access database! MUST be able to use arrows to get from menu to menu and the escape key to go back a menu. plus use mouse I want a screen to enter membership information for example My friend wants to check out a dvd from me to watch. I will have his name address ... etc. and I will have a limit to how many items he/she can check out. I need an rma screen for damage item. example would be I have a vhs tape that get's damaged and can't be played I would need to go into this system and add the item to the rma list. then the item would not be able to be checked out. Must also be able to give reports on data. I must also have a way to backup the entire database file will all data to a file or mulitple files from within a menu in the software and also restore if needed. I would like to have one file per main item example one file for "vhs tapes" one file for "dvd movies" another file for " Audio cd's" ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
