To Configue 2 files on a gaming script.

Hi. I am looking for a very experienced coder for this job. They must have great understanding of Gaming scripts as one of these files is a very complex file. I run a Mafia game/ script and i would like these 2 files i have configured with each other and with the game. I bought the kill file as a complete file but it need configuring to my mafia game. The files i am wanting configured is a killskill file and a kill file. Basicaly for player to be able to kill someone in the game they must 1st get there killskill up to a 100% by using the shooting range to get there skill upto 100% before they can kill a player. Then when they have reached the 100% they are allowed to search for tha player using the kill file(i have the search working on the kill file) i just get nothing when the kill is submitted.. There is a lot of things which go into the kill file, such as there armour, there bullets, there ranks there health, there backfire, and all must work within the database for this to work correctly. Ok here are the things that work correctly on the kill file the search. As i have said the file is complete but need configuring to my game.
