546502 Lead Management and distribution php + mysql script

This project is to duplicate a lead management system that is already in place. There should be 3 account types, 1. call center log in to enter and distribute the lead, sales person log in to receive and update the lead status and admin to change users and passwords and edit details as needed also admin should be able pull reports on sales people to check progress of outstanding leads and pull report detail of leads in several ways. Admin should be able to reassign the lead to a different sales person as needed. I have attached some information on the lead system. I also can provide a basic skeleton website for look and feel example. I need someone who is flexible and can work out the details as the project progresses. We are not looking to spend much money. The budget for this project is $25 dollars MIN to $250 MAX and we are hoping to find someone in the middle of these numbers with a good record and can produce work quickly. Thank you Mark Thompson
