Small and easy coding job with some CSS required

This will be a small coding job and we need it done today of possible.
We have a new payment processor for our site called Plimus and the payment page is hosted on their site…but they give us control of what the payment page can look like and it is customizable with html/css.
We want the header and footer of our site to appear at the top and bottom of the plimus payment page (we will leave out a few items like the nav tabs, etc). Attached is what the payment page looks like and they give us full control of the html on this page.
Once your bid is accepted, we will give you access to our account and show you the area to place the code, etc.
