Modify a custom Joomla component

I have a component for Joomla and it is nearly completed and I need to get someone to finish it URGENTLY.
It is a Joomla component and incorporates PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX and XML.
The outline is this:
There are 3 quotation tools -
1. Cut to Size - [login to view URL]~waterloo/[login to view URL]
2. Partitions - [login to view URL]~waterloo/[login to view URL]
3. Lockers - [login to view URL]~waterloo/[login to view URL]
Requirements:
1. Cut to size uses a formula to calculate the product price and it needs to incorporate an XML feed (see attached file) from the transport company (TNT) to be able to determine the freight charge. The total price is then outputted with a summary to a PDF file (the PDF output is set up already). It also requires the PDF to be formatted correctly and to check the correct data is being inserted.
2. Partitions requires the output PDF (set up already) to be formatted correctly and to check the correct data is being inserted. There is also an issue with Step 7 "Dimensions and Door Swings" that the correct images and input boxes don’t always show and it is in a frame so needs to be scrolled to see it (I think it’s centred rather than left aligned).
3. Lockers requires the output PDF (set up already) to be formatted correctly and to check the correct data is being inserted.
All 3 quote tools also cause a conflict so the navigation doesn’t operate correctly when on these pages, and it doesn’t appear at all on a mobile device.
