Fix php Code on osCommerce Site on one page

Hello,

I have an osCommerce site setup with a template from Templatemonster. Everything was fine. I installed an Addon for osCommerce that enabled inventory tracking for multiple categories. After installing this module, ALL pages of the site have the same look and feel EXCEPT the checkout of the shopping cart. The addon clearly modified some of the code for this particular file. I need the code corrected so that this page looks identicle to the rest of the website utilizing the css that is used throughout. This must be done while keeping the full functionality of the checkout process.

This is mission critical to be completed immediately upon award of project. THIS MUST BE DONE AS SOON AS YOU ARE AWARED THE PROJECT. I cannot wait days for this to be completed we are trying to launch the site ASAP.

For an experienced PHP programmer with CSS knowledge and osCommerce knowledge this should be a very simple fix completed in less then one hour.
