Windows program to search certain websites

I'm looking for someone to design a simple program that runs in Windows and which submits data to multiple website search boxes and then retrieves the results.
Specifically, I'll be using it to check flight pricing, and it will do the following:
-Allow me to enter flight origin and destination (for multiple flights), either from my manually typing the airport, or from my being able to select from a dropdown list (which I should be able to add to and delete from)
-Have checkboxes against all the websites that I want that data to be submitted to and the search run
-Ideally, rather than just then having a load of browser windows pop up, it will be able to collate the results (I guess this will involve being able to 'identify' the correct piece of information on each site) and display them to me.
There's additional scope for expanding this somewhat (and which we can discuss later) once the above is up and running.
