27815 Mass Textfile find/replace

In need of a simple Find & Replace app/script that can take multiple text files at once and Find and Replace specific character phrases with new ones. This app/script should have settings where i can enter in a list of phrases to replace in the text file(s) with the news ones, thus allowing me to use this program for other mass find and replace tasks. As little work as necessary is the onjective behind this. I would prefer this to be desktop, but it does not matter.
