limewire p2p plugin for MS explorer

I want a limewire program but I want it to be a plug-in to your browser. Like a yahoo search bar at the top of your browser, but have it use a IE plugin to search for files on the gunetella network. Also have a button 'share files' to let users know they are sharing files, and that they can turn it off at anytime. When they type in a 'search' word, the plugin brings up a window showing the peers with that file and you can select to download the one you want. I was also thinking of an upgrade to the protocol where you can get a peice of the file from one peer, then get the other peices from other peers. So you want [url removed, login to view], click on peer and plugin peer responds with [url removed, login to view] (so it has peice 2 of 4 parts). Plugin starts downloading that peice and then the plugin automatically look for parts 1,3,and 4 from other plugin clients (or the same client at a later time). Plugin glues them together automatically once they all are downloaded. Others requesting a download from the plugin will only be able to download a 'peice' of each MP3 you have on your computer at a time. It will time out for a few minutes then allow the other 'peice' if requested again. Plugin 'breaks' MP3 files by file size. .also adds a CRC so that if filename matches, but file is different in size or crc it won't download a peice of the wrong file. Piecing is transparent to downloader and uploader. If the peer doesn't support 'peiceing', then no files are shared from your computer-plugin. But you can still download from normal limewire clients. Not sure if this is even technically possible. you can use [url removed, login to view] source code of course. . Not sure how involved this is, so feel free to post your price on how much work it would be.
