I want to transmit an audio input via a multiplexed ( I am talking about heterodyning the streams rather than actually multiplexing - should be any audio source defined by the app/user) communication stream by utilizing 4 ip's over port 80. (port 80 is for authentication and streaming both, I am thinking of using UDP but that can be optional as long as the primary funciton of this concept is to utilize port 80 is served) I want the base channel to be TCP to exchange a credential with the receiver in order to establish a session, and the carrier to be UDP for each IP session, either a web client or a fat client, The audio input should be windows audio drivers, with audio output also of course. I want two versions - 1 with SSL encryption for each IP, and 1 without. Basically I'm looking at treating multiple IP's as physical paths similar to copper wires in telecom rather than attempting to packetize via H.323 or T.120. Accordingly, the audio input should no longer be a factor of the VOIP or audio passage, instead the multiplexing will accomplish the necessary QoS. The clocking and multiplexing method you should be able to find readily through internet search, doing it as software should be relatively easy. I want a compact utility as a web server plug-in or API with a very simple administrative page.( could be ISAPI plugin ) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform winxp/2000 windows audio drivers, tcp/udp etc. based on the description above
