We would like a complete solution for a payroll program. We expect an exact clone of [[login to view URL]][1] plus these additional features 1-it has only [login to view URL] need ability to add other countries and tax 2-Employee details and document expiry tracking This bid is only open to programmers who have already created and implemented a USA-based payroll program, and understand the payroll implications of allowances, marital statuses, deductions, overtime, holidays, sick & vacation time, etc. We expect this program to handle all Federal and 50-USA State taxes and their definitions, tax data, formulas, etc. The tax data should be easily updatable when necessary. The registered user should be able to access the most updated tax data for the payroll. The program should be able to print or direct-deposit paychecks to the IRS or state tax institutions. We expect the programmer to: Create a finished website that is a almost-clone to [login to view URL] Create a program using Struts that utilizes the Ant build script and includes internationalization Utilize code that is understandable by us and organized systematically. And we expect to have a help file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
