We are a web developer scripts Agecncy French , part of a big advertising group.

We are looking for a freelance developer that we can entrust each month for web development projects based on our scripts (take a look to our main site [url removed, login to view]) or completely new websites.
We offer a fixed monthly salary to be paid at the end of the month and all-inclusive of all required activities.
It is therefore a fixed salary for the development of at least 3 / 5 projects per month for a minimum of 3 month of contract: we require 8 hours x day x 5 days x month.
The projects are largely customizations of our scripts for our clients who purchase the script from our site.
We offer various types of scripts on our site: the first scripts is to createmarketplace freelacers and it's written in php and ajax. In one version is also integrated Google Maps API which requires you to be known by you.
A third product is always a script to achieve marketplace freelancer but based on ASP.
Two other scripts are to build Penny Auction Bid Sites.
Finally we have a script to create sites for free ads on Google maps, geolocalized.
The freelancer we are looking for should be aware that we are looking for both Linux and Windows environments, both SQL and PHP AJAX ASP MSSQL and have graphics capability to create complete websites from development to that of mock-up logos etc..
The salary is $ 500 monthly (payment avery 30 days with Paypal through [url removed, login to view] Escrow)
Specifically that we are not looking for other web agency but individual freelancer that can support us in developing our plans and pay a fixed monthly price handling full websites development, from graphic to coding.
We require also in advance to check freelancer skills with a 15 days test project before sign the contract: we need to understand if you can handle our scripts and your quality.
Usually our projects are aimed at testing whether the candidate is able to use our scripts to create new sites customized scripts both on the graph programmatically.
