I am looking for someone to create a website for an advertising portal for luxury apartment/complex rentals. A site where users can search for apartment complexes for rent easily and receive a lot of useful information (including photos and video clips). The site must be user-friendly and able to hold large amount of data and media. Since this is targeted for the luxury market, I'm looking for a very creative, clean, and stylish interface throughout the site. Similar concepts include [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The following is roughly the main items that are needed, although there might be some additional modifications along the way. Each property page will include the following: - property information - list of amenities - high quality photos - floorplans - video commercial clips - email/contact form Also, a property search application will be needed including - advanced search form - search using graphical map (international) Also, a member sign-in page - save listings - send listings to friends - email updates/newsletter/specials In addition, an admin application will be needed so all property information and media can be easily uploaded to the website without having to do any coding. I would also require hosting and support for the final product. I'm always open to suggestions and creative thought throughout the process. I am looking to have development, testing and deployment done by JUNE 5. Please provide a cost proposal to accomplish all design, development, and hosting of such a website at your earliest convenience.
