Real Estate Portal

I wish to combine aspects of the following 3 consumer residential real estate sites. 1. redfin(dot)com (basic functionality provided here) Add the capabilities of this site: 2. speedleadrld(dot)com (see overview) 3. Allow users to create their own portal page similar to this example, but with property search capability, which this example lacks. Also allow solds and pending-sale properties, where this example only shows active listings and listings in backup status. This info is available via the data feed available to me through the MLS. Here is an example of the current portal that I want to emulate [login to view URL](dot)com/portal/(question mark) PID=1481161&MID=SHUNTTE1 The db should be SQL Server. The site should be .net, VB, Ajax enabled. Part I of the project will be co-developing a spec for the site. Part II will be building it. Based on the bids, I clearly underestimated the complexity of my objectives, and the resulting bids from bidders with the qualifications I seek are outside my budget for this project. Consequently, I am abandoning the project for now. Thanks for your efforts, and perhaps we will be able to work together on a reduced scope project that is a subset of this one.
